RIGHTS OF USE
   
1.1 Terms of Use

The Asian DanceSport Federation encourages the use of this site as a way to share information and knowledge in support of the ADSF's mission. The site is owned and operated by the Asian DanceSport Federation.
 
1.2 Limitations of Use

A person visiting the ADSF Web site may download material only for his or her own personal, non-commercial use, and may not otherwise copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise transfer any material.
 
1.3 Commercial Use and Advertising

Users may not use ADSF technology resources for commercial purposes without the prior written approval of the  President of the ADSF. In the case of the ADSF Web site, commercial advertising includes, but it not limited to, banner ads, corporate logos, and product endorsements.
 
1.4 Privacy

This site collects information to improve functionality and content and to monitor performance. Data is used to help answer specific questions about the usage and performance of the Web site or individual Web pages. Our Web site logs are not personally identifiable, and ADSF makes no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site. ADSF does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected via the site.
 
1.5 Content

Consistent with its policies and regulations, ADSF upholds the principles of freedom of speech, and privacy in the use of electronic resources by its members. ADSF's Web presence contains official pages in support of the Federation's mission, educational programs, and/or related administrative business. It also contains Web pages generated by groups or individuals whose expressed views do not necessarily represent the views of ADSF. Sites may include unmoderated forums containing the personal opinions and other expressions of the persons who post entries on a wide range of topics. Neither the content of these pages, nor the links to other Web sites, are screened, approved, reviewed or endorsed by ADSF.

The ADSF Web site may include hyperlinks to web sites maintained or controlled by others. ADSF is not responsible for and does not routinely screen, approve, review or endorse the content of or use of any of the information, products or services that may be offered at these web sites or the organizations that own or control the Web sites.

ADSF does not warrant, and hereby disclaims any warranties, either express or implied, with respect to the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of any site, information obtained from a site, or link to a site. ADSF does not warrant that sites will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner or that sites are free of viruses or other harmful components. The logo, name and all graphics on the ADSF Web site are trademarks of ADSF. Use, reproduction, copying or redistribution of trademarks, without the written permission of ADSF is prohibited. Site content is subject to change without notice. While most sites are publicly accessible, certain services and information offered on-line may be restricted to specific users or segments of the ADSF population. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions without prior notice. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel or change any offered program or service without prior notice.
 

1.10 Copyright

A creative work, be it an e-mail message or a doctoral dissertation, is copyrighted from the moment it is fixed in a tangible medium. No statement or registration is required. The owner of a copyright has the exclusive right to reproduce, modify, perform, display, or distribute the particular copyrighted work. However, written into the copyright law is a fair use exception to these exclusive rights.

 



The ADSF is a member of  the International DanceSport Federation and the Olympic Council of Asia
